* Source high-quality ingredients, manage inventory, and ensure proper storage to reduce waste.
* Supervise and train pastry staff, ensuring high standards and consistent performance.
* Manage kitchen costs by implementing effective cost-control practices.
Ideal Profile
* More than 10 years of international experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
* Proven leadership and team management abilities with strong communication skills.
* Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution.
* Expertise in pastry menu development, production planning, and execution.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
