**Job Summary**
As the first point of contact for guests, the Phone Operator ensures a high-quality experience by managing inquiries, requests, and calls with professionalism and promptness.
**Key Duties**
- Answer and direct incoming calls courteously.
- Provide information on services, amenities, and policies.
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Follow up to ensure request fulfillment and maintain guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping for smooth operations.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and adhere to luxury service standards.
- Stay updated on emergency protocols and report any issues to management.
**Requirements**
- Minimum two years of guest services experience in luxury or boutique hotels.
- Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera software.
