As a PR & Marketing Manager, you will oversee media communications, brand storytelling, influencer engagement, and content development across digital and traditional platforms. This is a dynamic role designed for a communications leader passionate about UAE’s luxury hospitality and travel marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead execution of annual communications plans aligned with brand pillars and business objectives
* Cultivate strong UAE media and influencer relationships; manage press visits and event attendance
* Develop high-quality content, press releases, and brand narratives for multiple channels
* Drive social media calendar, content production, KPIs, agency management, and performance reporting
* Collaborate with sales, revenue, e-commerce, and F&B to ensure consistent, cross-functional messaging
* Support corporate partnerships, guest experience campaigns, and event promotion strategies
* Coach and guide junior marketing staff; protect brand reputation through proactive issue management
Job Requirements
* 4–5 years of proven experience in public relations or communications, ideally in luxury hospitality or PR agencies
* Deep understanding of UAE media landscape with strong press and influencer contacts
* Skilled in content marketing, social media management, and integrated brand campaigns
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and performance analytics tools
* Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and presentation abilities
* Multilingual skills are a plus; English fluency required
