As a Private Dining Waiter, you will provide refined in-room food and beverage service for VIP guests, ensuring seamless coordination, presentation, and guest satisfaction. You will be part of a team that upholds the highest standards in luxury resort dining while maintaining the privacy and comfort of guests within their suites or rooms.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate, timely in-room dining orders as per SOPs
* Set up dining tables and trolleys professionally with correct cutlery and layout
* Handle food and beverages using trained techniques to maintain quality and presentation
* Ensure trays and trolleys are cleared quickly after service, leaving no mess behind
* Communicate guest feedback and service issues to supervisors immediately
* Uphold hygiene, safety, and privacy protocols at all times
* Assist in maintaining clean and organized service areas
* Demonstrate a service-first attitude, tailoring experiences for every guest
Job Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience as a waiter in in-room dining or F&B within a luxury 5-star hotel
* Proficiency in English and Russian required
* Familiar with Microsoft Office, Micros, HotSoS, and Sevenrooms systems
* Ability to work flexible shifts and in a multicultural team environment
* Excellent attention to detail, grooming, and guest etiquette
