Job Overview
As a Procurement Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day purchasing activities, ensuring goods and services are sourced and delivered efficiently, in line with brand quality standards. You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal departments while supporting compliance with budget and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle procurement requests and maintain accurate records
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery timelines and specifications
* Support quality checks and vendor performance evaluations
* Assist with inventory controls and stock level coordination
* Monitor cost-effectiveness and suggest sourcing alternatives
* Ensure alignment with brand standards and internal procurement policies
* Facilitate communication between departments for supply needs
Governance & Standards
* Ensure adherence to all procurement guidelines and compliance policies
* Maintain documentation in preparation for audits and reporting
* Contribute to sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality procurement
* Proficient in MS Office and basic procurement software tools
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
