Job Overview
As the Procurement Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Dubai, you will lead strategic sourcing and purchasing for hotel operations. This includes negotiating supplier contracts, ensuring quality standards, and managing procurement systems to align with Marriott International’s global policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all procurement activities in compliance with brand standards
* Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
* Monitor inventory, oversee ordering processes, and manage stock replenishment
* Evaluate vendor performance and ensure consistent quality and service levels
* Coordinate with various hotel departments to forecast purchasing needs
* Prepare procurement budgets and track spend to support cost-saving goals
* Ensure all purchasing activities comply with applicable regulations and internal controls
Governance & Standards
* Enforce procurement guidelines and sustainability policies
* Maintain clear records of all purchasing transactions and contracts
* Audit vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies promptly
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Hospitality Management
* Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in hospitality or F and B operations
* Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
* Experience using procurement systems or ERP software
* Fluency in English is essential; other languages are an advantage
