Key Responsibilities
* Manage procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor evaluation
* Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key vendors
* Maintain inventory control and reduce procurement-related costs
* Implement quality assurance checks on incoming goods and supplies
* Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all procurement transactions
* Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to forecast and fulfill operational needs
* Adhere to Marriott procurement policies and local regulatory standards
Governance & Standards
* Uphold transparency, compliance, and ethical purchasing practices
* Maintain audit-ready procurement records and contracts
* Follow internal controls and quality assurance procedures
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Hospitality preferred
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel procurement or a similar role
* Proven ability to lead vendor negotiations and cost-saving initiatives
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in hotel procurement and inventory management software
