Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the entire procurement process, from supplier identification to order fulfillment
* Conduct vendor evaluations and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings
* Ensure compliance with Marriott International procurement guidelines
* Coordinate with departments to forecast purchasing needs
* Monitor stock levels and minimize over-ordering or shortages
* Validate the quality of received items and resolve any discrepancies
* Maintain detailed procurement records for audit and compliance
Governance & Standards
* Promote transparent and ethical procurement practices
* Ensure all purchasing activities comply with local and international policies
* Maintain updated supplier agreements and cost logs
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, or Hospitality Management
* At least 3 years of experience in procurement within the hospitality sector
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
* Familiarity with inventory and procurement software
* Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
