If you have experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests and clients with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about services, facilities, and directions.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Assist with bookings, reservations, and other concierge services as required.

- Provide general assistance and support to other departments when needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment, either in Dubai or in your home country.

- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
