Position Overview
InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences is seeking a Recreation Attendant to support our wellness and leisure facilities including pool, gym, and spa. This role is key in ensuring that guests enjoy safe, clean, and welcoming recreational spaces while delivering personalized service that reflects our brand’s luxury standards.

* Greet and assist guests in recreation areas including pool, spa, and gym.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all recreation facilities.
* Provide towels, refreshments, and amenities while keeping inventory stocked.
* Offer information about wellness services, leisure facilities, and hotel experiences.
* Monitor recreation areas and report maintenance or safety issues.
* Ensure guests feel welcomed, relaxed, and supported throughout their visit.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in recreation, wellness, or guest services, ideally in hotels or resorts.
* Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
* Energetic, guest-oriented, and professional attitude.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
