* Welcome guests warmly at the pool, gym, or spa, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Keep recreation areas clean, well-maintained, and inviting throughout the day.
* Provide guests with towels, refreshments, and any requested amenities.
* Offer
guidance on available wellness services and facilities.
* Monitor guest safety and comfort in recreational areas.
* Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain organized inventory of supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in recreation, wellness, or guest service roles in hospitality.
* High attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort.
* Friendly, energetic, and guest-oriented approach to service.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
* Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
