Reservation Agent – Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Position Overview
Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels, part of the Accor Group, is seeking a Reservation Agent to manage bookings, handle guest inquiries, and ensure smooth reservation operations. This role focuses on maximizing revenue, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting guests throughout their booking journey.

Core Duties
Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to all guests.
Accurately enter and maintain rooming lists for group and individual reservations.
Update and process reservations to ensure smooth check-ins and checkouts.
Maximize revenue through effective upselling and promoting hotel facilities.
Process booking requests, changes, and cancellations across multiple channels.
Coordinate with sales and other departments for special requests or arrangements.
Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries.
Resolve guest issues or escalate to the relevant department when necessary.
Document and accommodate special requests in the system.

Candidate Requirements
Guest-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.
Highly responsible, reliable, and team-oriented.
Fluency in Arabic is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
Prior experience with Opera or similar reservation systems preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
