Reservations Agent – Accor Dubai, UAE
Role Summary
The Reservations Agent – Accor Dubai will serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling room reservations with efficiency and professionalism. This role ensures accurate booking, maximizes revenue through effective up-selling, and provides personalized service to create a seamless guest experience from the very beginning.

What You’ll Do
* Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries and booking requests
* Enter rooming lists and maintain accurate records in the system
* Maximize revenue through up-selling and recommending property services
* Provide guests with detailed information on facilities, amenities, and promotions
* Handle special requests and ensure preferences are recorded accurately
* Collaborate with front office and other departments for smooth guest arrivals
* Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and promotions
Ideal Profile
* Guest-focused personality with excellent communication skills
* Previous experience as a Reservations Agent or similar role is an advantage
* Familiarity with Opera or related reservation systems preferred
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
