Reservations Agent - Hospitality Operations - Dubai

Position Overview

We are hiring a Reservations Agent for a luxury hotel in Dubai, part of the renowned Accor network. As the first point of contact for future guests, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and seamless booking experience. This role is perfect for someone with a guest-first attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Core Duties

* Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and system channels
* Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded and updated in the reservations system
* Maximize room revenue through effective up-selling and promotional strategies
* Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, packages, and hotel offerings
* Recommend facilities and services to enhance the guest booking experience
* Support the front office with accurate rooming lists and last-minute updates

Candidate Requirements

* Prior experience as a reservations agent or in a guest-facing hospitality role
* Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems is preferred
* Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
* Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
* Attention to detail and a calm, solutions-oriented approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for shifts
