Reservations Agent – Madinat Jumeirah Resort Dubai
Position Overview
Madinat Jumeirah Resort is seeking a motivated Reservations Agent to join its team. This role is responsible for handling reservations efficiently, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting Jumeirah properties to maximize revenue opportunities.

What You’ll Do
* Represent and uphold Jumeirah’s brand standards in every interaction.
* Handle reservations across multiple properties, upselling services to achieve revenue goals.
* Meet targets for revenue, quality, and customer service set by Jumeirah.
* Ensure compliance with external reservation audits including LQA, Forbes, and IFH standards.
* Resolve customer and partner queries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
* Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer records as per Jumeirah guidelines.
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer service role.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent listening skills and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
* Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
