About the Role
The Residences Liaison plays an important part in the daily operation and resident experience at Atlantis The Royal Residences. You will act as a central contact for owners, responding to their requests and helping
coordinate arrangements for residents and their guests.
Success in this position depends on understanding individual preferences rather than simply responding to requests. You will ask appropriate questions, listen carefully and anticipate service needs whenever possible, helping create personalized experiences for residence owners and their guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a focal point of contact for residence owners and their guests.
* Respond to queries, requests, plans and arrangements in a professional and attentive manner.
* Anticipate resident service needs by understanding individual preferences and requirements.
* Provide accurate directions and information about property amenities and services.
* Communicate relevant operating hours and other property information to owners and guests.
* Share information about local areas of interest and available activities when requested.
* Coordinate resident and guest requirements as part of daily residential operations.
* Observe and listen for individual preferences and act on them whenever possible.
* Help deliver the personalized service expected within a luxury residential environment.
About You
A university degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or an equivalent discipline is preferred. Candidates must have at least three years of hotel experience within a luxury environment.
A second language is desirable. You should also have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, including the use of Excel for data collection, collation and basic charts. Familiarity with PowerPoint and Publisher is required.
