As the face of the hotel’s entertainment scene, you’ll craft soundscapes and experiences that capture the spirit of the W brand and the energy of Dubai nightlife.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform live DJ sets that align with W Hotel’s luxury lifestyle and guest experience
* Curate music programming that appeals to international guests and local tastemakers
* Drive guest engagement through music, events, and digital storytelling
* Collaborate with marketing, PR, and event planning teams on promotions and nightlife activations
* Manage DJ bookings, negotiate talent contracts, and maintain event calendars
* Utilize your personal social media following to amplify brand and event reach
* Oversee music production and contribute to original audio content creation
* Represent the W brand at lifestyle events both on and off property
Job Requirements
* Must be a skilled DJ with proven live performance experience
* Strong network within Dubai’s music and entertainment scene
* Fluent in social media engagement (Instagram, Facebook, X)
* Experience in PR, promotions, or event planning is highly desirable
* Background in music production is a strong advantage
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple events or activations
* Education: High school diploma required, college degree preferred
* Prior experience in a lifestyle, hospitality, or entertainment business is preferred
