InterContinental Dubai Festival City is seeking a Restaurant Host/Hostess to join its renowned all-day dining outlet, Anise. This role is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, professional service, and a memorable dining experience in a luxury hotel environment.

What You’ll Do
* Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy.
* Assist with seating arrangements and coordinate with the service team.
* Maintain effective communication with supervisors regarding guest feedback and operational challenges.
* Support colleagues with service setup, mise-en-place, and organization.
* Participate in daily briefings, team meetings, and training sessions.
* Ensure hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards are consistently followed.
* Prepare in advance all necessary items for smooth restaurant operations.
* Reset and maintain a clean working area at all times.
* Perform additional duties and assigned projects as required.
Ideal Profile
* Prior experience as a host/hostess in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality.
