Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waiting lists when required
* Remain attentive to guest needs and provide courteous assistance at all times
* Present menus and answer initial questions regarding food and beverages
* Seat guests efficiently in dining or waiting areas while managing table rotation
* Coordinate seating to ensure balanced service flow for restaurant servers
* Engage with guests during their visit to confirm satisfaction with food and service
* Respond to guest complaints calmly and assist in resolving issues promptly
* Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
* Maintain good knowledge of menu items and restaurant offerings
* Support other restaurant positions as needed during service periods
* Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage
* Friendly, professional, and confident communication style
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and organized in busy service periods
* Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Team-oriented attitude with a guest-focused mindset
