What You’ll Do
* Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
* Ensure food quality, presentation, and service meet high standards while complying with health and safety regulations.
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and optimize costs by minimizing waste.
* Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations and foster a collaborative team culture.
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handling inquiries and concerns professionally.
* Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control strategies.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotions and sales strategies that drive revenue.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Ideal Profile
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
* Strong track record in achieving financial targets and managing budgets.
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-oriented with a presentable personality and hospitality-focused approach.
* Ability to manage teams effectively and create a positive work culture.
* Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, health, and safety compliance.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
