Vignette Collection Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver outstanding dining experiences to guests in our luxury hotel setting. This role focuses on warm guest interaction, attention to detail, and ensuring high service standards throughout every dining occasion.

Core Duties
* Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service from start to finish.
* Present menus, make recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction with meals.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
* Assist with stock management, keeping service areas fully supplied.
* Follow all food handling, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
* Support the restaurant team with additional duties such as setup, clearing, and assisting in the kitchen when required.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred.
* Ability to lift and move objects up to 23 kg, including bending and kneeling.
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong communication and guest service skills with a welcoming personality.
* Compliance with UAE food safety and alcohol service requirements.
