IHG Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Waiter / Waitress to join the food and beverage team at voco Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, warm hospitality, and seamless dining experiences for guests. With a focus on personalized service, including support for Russian-speaking guests, this role is essential in delivering memorable moments across the hotel’s restaurant and bar outlets.

What You’ll Do
* Welcome guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
* Deliver meals and beverages promptly while ensuring service standards are met
* Prepare and set tables
with linens, glassware, and silverware before service
* Suggest additional menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience
* Maintain smooth coordination with bar and service staff to ensure consistency
* Follow hotel procedures for billing, cashiering, and service checklists
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene, HACCP, and Dubai Municipality regulations
* Handle special tasks or projects as directed by the restaurant manager
* Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking guests to provide personalized service
Ideal Profile
* Physically fit and able to lift, push, and carry up to 23 kilograms as needed
* Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills for handling orders and payments
* Knowledge of local laws regarding food handling and alcohol service
* Warm, approachable, and strong communication skills
* Ability to provide attentive service while anticipating guest needs
* Russian language proficiency to support international guest satisfaction
