Position Overview
Jumeirah Wild Wadi Waterpark is seeking an experienced Retail Outlet Manager to lead its retail operations. This role involves managing store performance, driving sales, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring smooth retail operations within one of Dubai’s most exciting leisure destinations.

What You’ll Do
* Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate retail staff to ensure exceptional performance.
* Maintain top-tier customer service standards and handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve targets.
* Oversee inventory control, conduct regular stock checks, and manage replenishment processes.
* Develop and execute merchandising strategies for optimal product display and sales.
* Manage store budget, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to sustain profitability.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field.
* 5–8 years of experience in retail management, preferably within a luxury or high-volume environment.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
* Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
