Key Responsibilities

* Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned hotel spaces according to five-star housekeeping standards.
* Change bed linen, replace towels, refill guest amenities, and arrange room items for a neat guest-ready finish.
* Stock and organize housekeeping carts with linen, cleaning materials, bathroom supplies, and room essentials.
* Respond to guest housekeeping requests with courtesy, care, and attention to service timing.
* Check rooms for cleanliness, damages, missing items, maintenance faults, safety concerns, and lost property.
* Report room defects, repairs, lost and found items, and supply shortages to the housekeeping supervisor.
* Support public area cleaning, service area upkeep, and other housekeeping duties when assigned.
* Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, workplace safety, confidentiality, guest privacy, grooming, and professional conduct.
* Perform active housekeeping tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving items safely during the shift.

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 1 year of Room Attendant experience in a five-star hotel or luxury resort.
* Practical knowledge of guest room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, bed making, linen care, and amenity setup.
* Able to maintain consistent room quality while working through daily housekeeping assignments.
* Physically fit for active hotel cleaning duties across a full-time shift.
