Key Responsibilities
* Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned hotel areas according to five-star housekeeping standards.
* Change bed linen, make beds, replace towels, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are prepared for guest arrival.
* Handle guest requests professionally, including extra supplies, room items, and basic housekeeping assistance.
* Maintain housekeeping carts, cleaning tools, linen supplies, and storage areas in an orderly and safe condition.
* Report maintenance issues, damaged items, lost and found articles, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
* Follow hotel hygiene, safety, security, and confidentiality procedures during daily operations.
* Support public area cleaning and other housekeeping tasks when required by business needs.
* Move, lift, carry, push, and arrange housekeeping items safely within assigned physical limits.
* Maintain a neat uniform, professional appearance, and polite communication with guests and team members.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant in a five-star hotel environment.
* Good understanding of hotel room cleaning procedures, linen handling, and guest service standards.
* Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and complete active housekeeping duties during a full shift.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to notice cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance issues.
* Professional attitude, reliability, teamwork, and respect for guest privacy.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting with changing guest and operational priorities.
* Basic English communication skills are useful for understanding instructions and guest requests.
