Key Responsibilities

* Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned hotel areas according to five-star housekeeping standards.
* Make beds, change linen, refresh towels, replenish amenities, and arrange room items neatly for guest use.
* Prepare housekeeping carts with the correct linen, supplies, cleaning products, and guest room essentials.
* Support guest requests related to room supplies, cleaning needs, and housekeeping assistance in a professional manner.
* Inspect rooms during cleaning for maintenance issues, damages, missing items, safety risks, and lost property.
* Report repairs, room concerns, lost and found items, and supply shortages to the housekeeping supervisor.
* Assist with public area cleaning, service areas, and back-of-house housekeeping duties when required.
* Follow hotel rules for hygiene, safety, confidentiality, guest privacy, grooming, and professional communication.
* Complete active housekeeping tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving items safely.

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 1 year of Room Attendant experience in a five-star hotel.
* Strong understanding of guest room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, bed making, and amenity replenishment.
* Able to complete daily room assignments while maintaining cleanliness, speed, and attention to detail.
* Physically prepared for full-time housekeeping duties in a busy hotel environment.
