Key Responsibilities

* Clean and arrange guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned hotel areas to meet five-star housekeeping requirements.
* Replace linen, refresh towels, make beds, replenish amenities, and prepare rooms for guest arrival or continued stay.
* Keep housekeeping carts organized with cleaning products, linen, towels, guest supplies, and room essentials.
* Handle guest housekeeping requests in a respectful and timely way while maintaining privacy and professionalism.
* Check rooms carefully for cleanliness, maintenance defects, damages, missing items, safety concerns, and lost property.
* Inform the housekeeping supervisor about repairs, room issues, supply shortages, and lost and found items.
* Assist with public area cleaning, service areas, and back-of-house tasks when required by hotel operations.
* Follow workplace safety rules, hygiene practices, confidentiality standards, grooming guidelines, and hotel procedures.
* Complete physically active duties such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving items safely.

* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant in a five-star hotel.
* Good knowledge of room cleaning, bed making, bathroom sanitation, linen care, and guest amenity replacement.
