Role Summary
Voco™ Hotels, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ premium collection, is hiring a Room Service Agent in Dubai. This role is central to delivering seamless in-room dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent communication, order accuracy, and timely service.

What You’ll Do
* Professionally answer incoming room service calls, addressing inquiries and requests with courtesy.
* Accurately record and confirm guest orders, ensuring details are correctly relayed to the kitchen.
* Provide menu knowledge, including preparation times, ingredients, and promotions, to assist guests.
* Coordinate and deliver food and beverages to guest rooms, maintaining presentation and accuracy standards.
* Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
* Assist with mise en place, maintaining organized trays, cutlery, condiments, and other essentials.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Support team operations, including communication with other departments and handling call transfers.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
* 8–12 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in food & beverage or room service roles.
* Certification in supply chain management or similar is an advantage.
* Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* Customer-oriented, creative, and able to resolve issues with logical reasoning.
* Proficiency in hotel reservations or POS software.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
