What You’ll Do
* Receive room service orders by phone and accurately enter them into the POS system.
* Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
* Communicate dietary requirements and special requests to the kitchen.
* Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery.
* Follow up with guests to confirm satisfaction.
* Ensure accurate billing and process payments as per hotel policies.
* Maintain supply inventory and report shortages.
* Keep the order-taking station clean and organized.
* Assist with trays, table setups, and deliveries during peak periods.
