Job Overview
As a Sales Agent for Private Dining, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering exclusive in-suite dining and small event experiences. Your attention to detail, service orientation, and ability to liaise with culinary and guest relations teams will be key to exceeding guest expectations at Burj Al Arab.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage private dining services, ensuring flawless guest experiences from reservation to departure
* Serve as the point of contact for in-room events, special dinners, and VIP celebrations
* Liaise with culinary, service, and housekeeping teams to ensure timely setup and delivery
* Maintain service excellence in line with Jumeirah’s standards, including accuracy in guest preferences and personalized touches
* Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly
* Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and privacy standards across private dining areas
Job Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing sales, reservations, or F&B role within luxury hospitality
* Strong coordination and organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in handling high-profile guests
* Proficient in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
* Understanding of luxury service etiquette and international dining standards
