Key Responsibilities
* Promote internal and external brand awareness while supporting sales strategies that enhance customer loyalty.
* Engage with potential customers via phone and schedule preview package sales or tours, ensuring all eligibility requirements are met.
* Communicate details of sales presentations clearly and professionally.
* Provide reward-based guest experiences (e.g., vouchers, tickets) as a token of appreciation.
* Handle office support tasks including filing, emailing, faxing, and documentation.
* Assist managers in coaching and motivating employees while upholding company policies.
* Respond promptly to guest and team member inquiries using clear and courteous communication.
* Collaborate across departments to uphold quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work in sales, guest services, or marketing coordination
Skills:
* Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent document handling and office task efficiency
* Ability to manage responsibilities under pressure while maintaining poise
* Familiarity with professional etiquette and uniform standards
* Capable of lifting or handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
