Position Overview
Madinat Jumeirah Resort, one of Dubai’s premier luxury destinations, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to manage and grow the GCC market segment. This role involves building strong client relationships, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in alignment with Jumeirah’s luxury hospitality standards.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and implement account development plans to achieve both short- and long-term revenue goals.
* Coordinate sales activities with off-property sales teams to maximize effectiveness and avoid duplication.
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and customers to maintain loyalty and increase bookings.
* Research new opportunities, expand market reach, and enhance brand presence within the GCC market.
* Execute sales strategies, track performance against targets, and provide regular progress reports.
* Represent the resort at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events to generate new business leads.
Ideal Profile
* 3–5 years of experience in sales within the luxury hospitality sector.
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of hotel operations, GCC market trends, and customer preferences.
* Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint with excellent presentation skills.
* Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
