Dusit Hotels is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves developing business leads, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting the hotel’s image through effective sales strategies. What You’ll Do
* Attend daily sales meetings and actively engage in planning and strategy discussions
* Identify new business opportunities by contacting local agents, companies, airlines, and organizations
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and new business
* Document and report all client interactions and business leads on a daily basis
* Schedule and conduct sales blitz activities to promote the hotel’s services and packages
* Prepare and forward confirmations for secured bookings and assist in coordinating client requirements
* Ensure compliance with hotel sales and marketing policies and standards
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance and suggest improvements for strategies and procedures
* Participate in community projects and events to strengthen the hotel’s reputation and partnerships
* Collaborate with other departments for smooth coordination of events and client services
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners
* Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets
* Professional appearance and positive attitude toward challenges and growth
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage
