Job Overview
As Sales Manager at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, you will drive strategic sales initiatives to attract high-value clients across business and leisure segments. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in luxury hotel sales, strong networking skills, and an ability to build lasting client relationships that align with brand values and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage existing accounts while proactively identifying new corporate and leisure clients
* Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property tours to secure bookings
* Develop and execute account strategies to increase market share and revenue
* Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing to create attractive packages
* Participate in trade shows, sales missions, and promotional campaigns
* Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with brand positioning
* Analyze booking patterns and report performance insights to leadership
* Ensure service excellence throughout the client journey
Reporting & MIS
* Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and client interactions
* Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts
* Support the Director of Sales with data-driven recommendations and insights
Governance & Standards
* Uphold Marriott International brand standards and St. Regis service values
* Ensure ethical practices in client handling, contracting, and negotiations
* Follow internal policies related to pricing, commissions, and revenue management
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
* 2+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a luxury or 5-star setting
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Strong market knowledge of Dubai’s luxury travel and corporate sectors
* Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools (e.g., Opera, Salesforce)
* Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages a plus
