What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting MICE, weddings, and corporate events
* Prospect new business opportunities through networking, client visits, and lead generation
* Manage and grow existing accounts, including event planners, corporates, and travel agencies
* Conduct on-site presentations, hotel tours, and negotiations to convert prospects into confirmed bookings
* Coordinate closely with event planning, banquet, culinary, and service teams to ensure successful execution
* Customize packages for themed, cultural, or large-scale events to meet client specifications
* Collaborate with external vendors and decorators to deliver high-quality event setups
* Track sales performance and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies
* Prepare forecasts, business development plans, and regular reports for senior leadership
* Support the marketing team with campaigns, digital promotions, and participation in trade shows
* Work with front office, reservations, and F&B teams to guarantee seamless guest experiences
* Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in creating incentives, promotions, and seasonal offerings
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
* At least 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on MICE or weddings
* Proven success in managing client relationships and closing high-value deals
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to multitask across multiple events and maintain performance under pressure
* Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality and events market is an advantage
* Collaborative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional
