Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales performance by managing assigned private client accounts and market segments
* Develop tailored action plans to grow short- and long-term revenue across territories
* Build strong relationships with private offices, HNWI contacts, and business influencers
* Represent Jumeirah at trade events, conferences, and client engagements globally
* Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and client service delivery
* Monitor performance KPIs and provide reporting on revenue growth, account health, and market insights
* Maintain compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and internal policies

Job Requirements

* Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree; MBA preferred
* Minimum 5 years of hospitality sales experience, ideally with luxury brands and global clientele
* Familiarity with HNWI markets, private wealth, and exclusive networks such as YPO
* Proven skills in commercial strategy, client negotiation, and relationship management
* Fluent in English and Arabic or another regional language; multilingual candidates preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Salesforce
* Excellent public speaking and cross-cultural communication skills
