Job Overview
As Sales Manager – Russia & CIS Market, you will develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients across the Russian-speaking region, grow room revenue, and strengthen the brand presence of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Your fluency in Russian and understanding of cultural preferences will be key to unlocking new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute a targeted sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and maintain accurate forecasting
* Build long-term partnerships with Russian and CIS clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention
* Represent the resort at trade shows, roadshows, and client events within the assigned markets
* Conduct site inspections and deliver high-impact presentations tailored to market needs
* Coordinate with the wider sales team and hotel operations to ensure seamless client experience
* Identify high-value leads, upsell group and leisure bookings, and close deals efficiently
Job Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
* Fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory
* Proven experience in sales within luxury hospitality, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of CIS travel market dynamics and regional business culture
* Master’s degree or additional languages are a plus
