### Key Responsibilities:
1. Regularly patrol the premises to maintain order and establish a visible security presence.
2. Monitor and authorize the entrance of vehicles and individuals onto the property.
3. Remove unauthorized individuals or trespassers from the premises as needed.
4. Secure all exits, doors, and windows at the end of operations to ensure safety.
5. Periodically check surveillance cameras to identify any disruptions or unlawful acts.
6. Investigate individuals for unusual activity or possessions on the property.
7. Respond to alarms by promptly investigating and assessing the situation.
8. Provide assistance to individuals in need, ensuring a supportive environment.
9. Apprehend and detain individuals involved in incidents according to legal protocols until authorities arrive.
10. Submit detailed reports of daily surveillance activities and significant occurrences.
### Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a security officer or in a similar role is preferred.
2. Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
3. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and visitors.
4. Knowledge of surveillance techniques and legal protocols for apprehension.
5. A respectful and authoritative demeanor to inspire confidence in others.
6. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
