Jumeirah Group is hiring a Senior Bartender for its landmark property, Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai, UAE. This role is focused on delivering high-quality food and beverage service while maintaining luxury hospitality standards. The position requires strong guest service skills, adaptability to varying shifts, and the ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

* Ensure adherence to Jumeirah quality and safety standards in all guest interactions
* Upsell menu items and adapt service based on business needs
* Work in diverse environments, including restaurants, outdoor venues, and bar areas
* Handle guest requests efficiently and exceed expectations with professional service
* Support team members in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations
Ideal Profile
* At least two years of experience as a bartender in a five-star luxury hotel environment
* Strong command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
* Knowledge of hotel operating systems and service procedures
* Demonstrated ability to manage guest interactions with professionalism and discretion
* Flexible to work late nights, split shifts, and in challenging environments
* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new workflows and standards
