Job Overview
The Senior Butler plays a critical role in guest satisfaction by providing discreet, professional, and detail-oriented support across all aspects of the guest journey. From personalized check-in to in-suite services, your focus will be on anticipating needs and ensuring a seamless luxury stay in Dubai\'s flagship hotel.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and escort guests, manage luggage, handle guest requests, and coordinate room readiness and cleanliness
* Anticipate guest expectations, including VIP and special needs services, to deliver memorable experiences
* Maintain extensive knowledge of hotel amenities, outlets, and operations to respond accurately to inquiries
* Perform administrative duties including guest registration, billing, and currency exchange as per standards
* Handle F and B orders and service requests with precision, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery
* Monitor Butler Pantry and Reception Desk readiness, ensuring supplies are stocked and presentation is flawless
* Resolve guest concerns with discretion and efficiency, escalating issues when appropriate
Job Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality with previous exposure to Butler or Front Office services
* Strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and comfort interacting with high-profile international guests
* Deep understanding of premium guest service etiquette, cultural sensitivity, and attention to detail
* Proficiency in hotel systems, operations, and basic administrative procedures
