Job Overview
The Senior Executive - F&B Administration will ensure seamless back-of-house operations, from handling communications and event coordination to maintaining accurate records and ensuring operational readiness across outlets. The role demands professionalism, strong organizational skills, and effective team engagement to deliver luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee administrative support for all Food & Beverage operations
* Represent the department in communications with guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders
* Coordinate site visits, prepare event proposals, and manage logistics
* Maintain departmental records, schedules, and filing systems
* Monitor inventory and oversee purchase requests and vendor follow-ups
* Support F&B outlets by ensuring availability of office supplies and equipment maintenance

Reporting & MIS

* Prepare and finalize internal documents, proposals, and reports
* Support departmental data management and audit readiness

Governance & Standards

* Ensure departmental processes comply with hotel policy and Jumeirah brand standards
* Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation and communication

Job Requirements

* UAE National with Family Book (as per government hiring guidelines)
* Minimum 2 years in a similar administrative or guest-facing role in a 5-star hotel
* Diploma in Hotel Management or Hotel Operations preferred
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Highly organized with strong coordination and problem-solving skills
