Job Overview
Jumeirah Al Qasr is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive to join its Food and Beverage Administration team. This is a dynamic administrative role ideal for UAE Nationals who are highly organized, fluent in English, and experienced in coordinating hotel operations in a luxury setting.

Job Overview
The Senior Executive - F and B Administration will provide critical administrative and coordination support to the Food and Beverage department at Jumeirah Al Qasr. From managing internal communication and supply inventories to organizing event proposals and site visits, this role plays a vital part in the smooth functioning of all F and B outlets.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate internal communication, scheduling, and operational support for the F and B department
* Supervise day-to-day administrative processes and act as a department liaison for guests and partners
* Organize and support logistics for site visits and VIP events, ensuring effective inter-departmental coordination
* Draft, update, and manage event proposals and maintain accurate departmental documentation
* Oversee supply inventory, handle procurement processes, and follow up with suppliers and internal stores
* Ensure that all communication and administrative standards align with Jumeirah brand policies

Job Requirements

* UAE National with Family Book (as required for this role)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel environment
* Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hotel Management preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English
