Jumeirah Al Qasr at Madinat Jumeirah is hiring a Senior Executive - Learning and Development (National Talent) to support the delivery of key training programs and administrative operations for staff development. This UAE National role offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of talent within one of Dubai’s premier luxury hospitality destinations.

Job Overview
As a Senior Executive - Learning and Development, you will manage the day-to-day training administration while playing a critical role in coordinating learning systems, tracking development goals, and assisting in the execution of group-wide L&D strategies within the property.
What You’ll Do
* Administer training and development systems including Oracle Tahweel and Axonify, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy
* Coordinate internal learning sessions and external training bookings across all departments
* Provide front-line support to hotel teams regarding L&D policies, procedures, and system access
* Monitor property-level learning compliance, prepare reports, and assist in audits
* Collaborate with department heads to track training needs and align development plans
* Maintain training calendars, track attendance, and manage follow-ups on evaluations and learning outcomes
Ideal Profile
* UAE National as per local employment requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an L&D or training coordination role within a luxury hotel or service environment
* Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources, or related discipline
* Strong command of English (spoken and written)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with learning platforms is a plus
* Organized, proactive, and passionate about people development
