Job Overview
As Senior Sales Manager – Corporate, you will drive top-line growth by acquiring and expanding corporate accounts across the UAE and wider GCC. This includes targeting high-value FIT and group segments, crafting tailored solutions, and maintaining St. Regis’ benchmark for bespoke client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic plans to grow GCC corporate and government accounts
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive sales and client meetings
* Conduct presentations, proposals, and site inspections aligned with luxury standards
* Coordinate with Revenue and Events teams to ensure competitive pricing and smooth execution
* Represent the hotel at sales missions, trade shows, and community events
* Maintain an active pipeline in Salesforce and Opera, monitoring production and forecasting

Reporting & MIS

* Analyze market conditions, competitor activity, and sales trends to inform decision-making
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates
* Track booking pace, revenue contribution, and client engagement across assigned segments

Governance & Standards

* Ensure adherence to Marriott’s sales protocols, brand standards, and service principles
* Provide high-touch service throughout the sales cycle to maintain loyalty and satisfaction
* Lead by example in executing flawless client interactions and personalized follow-up

Job Requirements

* High school diploma with 2 years of relevant sales or front office experience
* OR a 2-year degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business with strong academic grounding
* Deep understanding of GCC markets and corporate sales strategies in luxury hospitality
* Fluent English communication skills (Arabic a plus)
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Opera, and Microsoft Office Suite
