Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales activities for assigned territories, including regular travel for exhibitions, client meetings, and sales calls
* Execute Jumeirah’s sales and marketing strategy to achieve room night and revenue targets
* Maintain active engagement with key partners to maximize account performance
* Research and develop new business opportunities through market insights and competitive analysis
* Ensure Salesforce database is updated with accurate client histories and profiles
* Collaborate with cross-functional hotel teams to align strategic goals and deliver service excellence
Job Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably within a 5-star international brand
* Proven ability to manage regional portfolios in the GCC, Turkey, or South Africa
* Strong business acumen with ability to drive revenue and close high-value deals
* Proficient in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)
* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
* Ability to travel regionally for business development and client engagement
