Senior Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Hotel F&B Service
Job Overview
Jumeirah Al Qasr is hiring a Senior Waiter/Waitress to deliver world-class service as part of its distinguished F&B team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in five-star environments and are passionate about guest satisfaction and fine dining.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests with warmth, guide them to tables, and explain menu items, ingredients, and specials in detail
* Take food and beverage orders accurately, including handling special dietary requests
* Handle billing and payments using the MICROS system with precision and transparency
* Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely order delivery
* Maintain cleanliness of service stations, manage section operations, and handle guest inquiries and calls
* Support junior team members and help maintain a seamless, hygienic, and high-quality dining experience
Reporting & MIS
* Record and report guest preferences and feedback
* Ensure billing reports, table turnover, and cashiering records are kept accurate and up to date
Job Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a 5-star hotel or premium standalone restaurant
* Excellent communication in English; knowledge of Russian or European language is a plus
* Familiarity with Micros, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multicultural F&B environment
