Position Overview
Jumeirah Beach Hotel, one of Dubai’s most iconic luxury destinations, is hiring a Senior Waiter/Waitress for its Nuska team. This seasonal role offers the opportunity to work in a world-class hospitality environment, delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests from across the globe.

What You’ll Do
* Welcome and seat guests, providing attentive and professional service throughout their visit.
* Answer menu-related inquiries, explaining ingredients, preparation methods, and allergy information.
* Present daily specials and promotions, recommend food and beverage options, and take accurate orders.
* Handle cashiering duties using the MICROS system and process various payment methods.
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
* Manage guest feedback and assist with inquiries, upholding Jumeirah’s service excellence at all times.
Ideal Profile
* 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-end restaurant/beach club.
* Strong F and B background and knowledge of hospitality service standards.
* Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian or European languages are an advantage.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, MICROS, and Sevenrooms systems.
* Ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment with strong communication skills.
