Role Summary
The Shisha Server – Accor Dubai will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in the hotel’s lounge by preparing, serving, and promoting shisha products. This role combines attentive customer service with strong product knowledge, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while maintaining the highest hospitality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do
* Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating, and introduce menu offerings
* Prepare, serve, and maintain shisha products to the highest quality standards
* Promote shisha and related lounge offerings to maximize sales
* Handle guest orders, payments, and requests efficiently and accurately
* Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally
* Maintain a clean and organized shisha station, side stations, and lounge area
* Follow health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations consistently
* Assist with daily setup, mise-en-place, and smooth operation of the lounge
* Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly
* Support colleagues and assist in other hotel areas as operationally required
Ideal Profile
* Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred
* Prior experience in a shisha lounge or similar hospitality environment is an advantage
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly attitude
* Knowledge of shisha preparation, flavors, and equipment handling
* Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
* Professional appearance with high attention to hygiene and safety standards
