* Supervise all wine service operations to ensure excellence in guest experience
* Manage wine inventory, monitor stock levels and minimize wastage

* Conduct regular staff training, tastings, and service briefings
* Maintain accurate wine storage and temperature logs
* Deliver seamless wine pairings, refills, and special requests during service
Job Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sommelier in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
* Fluent in English; European languages preferred
* WSET certification is required
* Familiarity with Micros, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office
* Experience working in a multicultural team environment
