The role involves preparing high-quality desserts and baked goods, supporting the Executive Chef in menu creation, and maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards within the kitchen.

What You’ll Do
* Prepare and cook pastries, desserts, and baked items to established standards.
* Maintain hygienic food handling practices in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
* Assist the Executive Chef / Chef de Cuisine in developing new creative and seasonal pastry menus.
* Communicate operational needs and section-related issues to the Executive Sous Chef.
* Support in training and mentoring junior culinary staff to maintain quality consistency.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience with a luxury international hotel.
* Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from an accredited institution.
* Strong knowledge of hygiene, health, and food safety standards.
* Proficient in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
* Creative and detail-oriented with strong leadership abilities.
